The past couple of weeks seem like we are being punished. I have taken advantage of my Key Largo residence and been fishing with family and friends. I have fished from Key Largo to Flamingo and the Gulf of Mexico. Its not very busy and and Its kind of like it might of been 50 or 60 years ago. Fish are not being run over all day long and sit on the edge of flats with out any noise.
There has been an incredible big Trout bite with many fish in the 20 - 25 inch range. The Redfishing has been good but most fish have been 15- 20 inches and the Snook bite have been “red hot”.
The park might be opening soon and it will be crazy the first week but i’ll be there . If you would like to join me give me a call. Whenever the park has some sort of closure is always good when it re-opens.
